At Printing Express, we value our customers and aim to provide the best quality printing products and services. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:

You received a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item.

The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Custom-printed or personalized products are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or printing errors.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Email us at support@printingexpress.pk or WhatsApp us with your order number and photos of the issue.

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

If approved, you’ll receive instructions for return shipping or exchange.
3. Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or store credit.

Exchanges are processed for the same item or similar value if available.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized printed items (e.g., mugs, shirts, banners, visiting cards, etc.)

Sale or discounted products

Products damaged due to customer misuse
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged, misprinted, or incorrect due to our error.
